• Responsible for HR related duties; recruitment, policy making, issuing various documents etc.
• Admin related works such as identifying suppliers, coordinating with various departments etc.
• PR work such as issuing new visas, medical, RP permits, secondments etc.
• Interviewing and contacting potential candidates through various means, such as networking, head hunting, referencing etc.
• Explain all the Company and HR policies to the employees. Doing orientation and onboarding formalities.
• Carried work related to PRO, such as issuing of new visas, cancellations, etc.
• Admin related work, such as coordinating for new website for the sister Concern Company, coordinating with material supplier etc.
• Understanding of Qatar Labor laws pertaining to Transfer of visas, NOC, Secondments etc.
• Made new clients, maintain relationship with the clients, getting all the papers signed.
• Responsible for Corporate hiring for Pune, Hyderabad and US offices. And looking for all the HR activities in the Pune day time team.
• HR face of the company for the day time team, handing all grievances, floor issues, responsible for making new rules, policies, guidelines etc,
• Sending various reports on daily basis to the CEO, and discussing team agendas with the CEO.
• Lead a team of 15 recruiters, mentoring and training them in order to bring them to the speed required.
• Independently working on two different clients the telecom client AT&T and the banking client BB&T. Highest numbers achieved for AT&T and the first recruiter to crack the BB&T client with first placement.
• Managing a team of Sourcing specialist, research analyst, content writer and corporate recruiters.
• Responsible for end to end recruitment for various clients across United States (USA). Including Telecom (AT&T), Healthcare, Banking and Financial, US Federal Clients Etc.
• Sourcing from Monster, Dice, Career Builder, Source Site, LinkedIn and internal database.
Recruitment -
• • End to end recruitment for the US office virtually from India, corporate hiring for the Indian office.
• Leading, training and guiding a team of 3 recruiters and being part of the management meetings.
HR Generalist
• Addressing employee grievance/ queries pertaining to payroll and benefits programs such as health, dental and vision insurances, vacation, sick leave, tuition reimbursement program and immigration matters
• Doing PR talks with the external technical consultants working at different client locations on monthly and semi-monthly basis.
