forecasting levels of demand for services and products to meet the business needs and keeping a constant check on stock levels;
conducting research to ascertain the best products and suppliers in terms of best value, delivery schedules and quality;
liaising between suppliers, manufacturers, relevant internal departments and customers;

A: Rice & Sugar Project
Part of the operations & commercial start-up.
Build the concept design & material flows.
Study and making plan for Rice and Sugar project (warehouse and Factories).
Supervise for purchase the project material.
Supervise the installation of racking system (by Fifo System satellite which means First in first out), palletizer, packing machine, filling machine, industrial doors, dock leveler and dock shelter.
Supervision and management of all staff of the project which will work under WMS System since the beginning of the initial operation Project on behalf of the owners.
Flow up on the official document & approvals required from government & entities .
Getting the tax and customs fees exemption approval from the “Jordan investment commission”.
Implement the best practice & up to date storage & handling equipment.
B: Silo Project
Part of the operations & commercial start-up.
Build the concept design & material flows.
Study and making plan for Soya mill project for animal feed.
Supervise for purchase the project material.
Supervise the installation of silos and various electrical panels.
Supervision and management of all staff silos since the beginning of the initial operation Project on behalf of the owners.
