Recruitment
1- Provide qualified technical assistance by working on (Word documents/ Excel sheets/ Power Point presentations/Email and Internet/ Graphic Designing)
2- Produce various reports (daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports) as directed by the manager.
3- Manage daily routine mails (Official & Persoanl mails) and forward them to the concerned staff on time.
4- Keep track of all correspondences (Internal & external) by setting systematic and manual filling.
5- Handle diary management/conferences/events/meeting arrangements/ bookings and hotel reservations.
6- Advise staff on time regarding urgent documents/ meetings/ deadlines/ trainings/ conferences/ procedures.
7- Liaise with various sections as and when required (inside/outside the corporate).
8- Maintain the office stock, stationary, supplies and equipments.
9- Handle telephone calls and forward them to the appropriate staff.
10- Receive/guide/assist visitors of the department.
11- Translate from English to Arabic and vice-versa.
12- Maintain high confidentality and discretion of office files, records, documents and database handled.
13- Perform any other related duties as required.
