1. Responsible for operational activities in the camp, ensuring the daily good management of the location.
2. Assist with planning and implement camp programs
3. Daily camp checking, camp total details, daily reports & monthly reports sent to HR department (staff Accommodation unit )
4. Receiving new staffs on arrival, explaining the policy & procedures of camp.
5. Responsible for cleanliness safety, security and maintenance of camp.
6. Manages and coordinates maintenance and repairs on camp facilities including plumbing, painting, carpentry, cleaning, and electrical duties.
7. Ensure discipline in the camp.
8. Responsible for keeping records of employees and all Service reports and invoices
9. Maintains the time and attendance system (TAS) by entering work hours and data on a daily basis for the staff working in camp.
10. Prepare monthly payroll reports such as (manually report, absence report, detailed overtime report, missing punch report.…..)
11. Contact with IT department and payroll section if there is problem in time attendance system.
12. Prepare manually document like Time Attendance form + Short Leave Form, Absent with Authorize or Unauthorized Form, Sick Leave Form.
