▪ Coordinate with multiple departments among corporate companies to ensure that Quality Control activities are performed in accordance with global standards, regulations and corporate’s policies, procedures, scheduled expectations, and budget.
▪ Review and track QC budgets quarterly - Promote cost optimization and value maximizing inside all corporate companies.
▪ Collect, discuss, and review recruitment and equipment need of QC teams.
▪ Report QC teams needs to Corporate Laboratories Manager and/or Corporate Research and Quality Director to the desired action.
▪ Assess training needs of QC teams and assist the establishment of training programs.
▪ Support the establishment and follow up the effective implementation of Quality Management System (QMS) in QC departments (which is related to laboratory control and labelling activities) matching global standards across all corporate QC teams.
▪ Review practices and conduct investigations on areas of improvement.
▪ Collaborate with Corporate QA Coordinator in identifying potential compliance risks.
▪ Report compliance breaches and build up action plans in QC departments to the Corporate Laboratories Manager and/or Corporate Research and Quality Director to take the desired corrective action.
▪ Build and maintain knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing regulatory, best practices and standards applicable to QC Raw Material, Finished Product, Microbiology, IPC, and Documentation Departments.
▪ Review and update internal QC related policies, processes, procedures, and documents.
▪ Assist in and attend QC departments audits/inspection.
▪ Collaborate with Corporate Quality Assurance Coordinator in maintaining timelines, tracking deliverables and proper implementation of the corrective action and preventive action plans (CAPA) involving QC teams.
▪ Support QC activities compliance to the Quality Control Corporate strategic objectives.
▪ Establish and maintain effective communication and collaboration with functional teams.
▪ Assist in the establishment of effective KPI system for QC teams.
▪ Seek information and assist in the development and implementation of SOP involving QC teams.
▪ Advise and input at relevant meetings, take minutes and coordinate resulting action plans as necessary.
▪ Lead projects from idea to manufacturing start up.
▪ Deep Knowledge and practice of ERP Engineering Module.
▪ Responsible of adhering to Quality & Food Safety Management System in R&D department.
▪ Lead cost reduction projects in terms of RM cost, and OPEX reduction.
▪ Improve and develop products aspects and properties, as well as create and develop new products to meet customer requirements with the targeted margins.
▪ Assign specifications for raw materials and finished products to be followed throughout the pipeline process to ensure the quality and food safety of the finished product.
▪ Supervise product shelf-life evaluation and recommendations to meet the quality and food safety parameters of products.
▪ Preparation and reviewing of SOP of products mixing and analysis, also, initiating and following up launch and change proposals.
▪ Lead the quality team across the products' development from receiving of raw material till the products' manufacturing, regarding the quality and food safety requirements.
▪ Lead the corrective/preventive action plans, across the product development process.
▪ Ensure all labelling criteria meets the legal requirements for nutritional and ingredient declaration for finished products.
▪ Dealing with customer complaints and tracking of reference samples.
▪ Dealing with raw material suppliers, managing samples shipping, testing, and reporting.
▪ Perform routine microbiological testing in compliance with the predetermined micro sampling plan to support finished product release and validation, instrument calibration, qualification/validation, and preventive maintenance, routine analytical testing of QA random samples supporting finished product release and validation, 3D scoreboards updates and daily and monthly KPI reporting for % Quality compliance, data audits to ensure accuracy of data and recordings, and Trend Analysis.
▪ Lead the corrective/preventive action plans regarding out of specs microbiological and physiochemical samples.
▪ Depth knowledge of Integrated Pest Management.
▪ Use analytical instrumentation such as Carbo-QC, Densitometer, pH meter, Refractometer, Torque tester, secure seal tester, etc.
▪ Member of Safety Action Team (SAT).
▪ Responsible for preparation & reviewing of SOP, and SWP, and managing chemicals, and lab supplies accounts to adhere to monthly spending and manages available resources appropriately to achieve agreed targets.
▪ Ensure producing safe products, applying key food safety attributes, proper sanitation, and cleaning of production equipment and area.
▪ Meet plant agreed quality targets related to production lines based on CORK monthly results.
▪ Dealing with customer complaints and tracking of reference samples.
▪ Dealing with SAP, and inspection of raw, primary, and secondary packaging materials.

9- Depth knowledge of cGMP and GLP.
10- Preparation and review of SOPs.
11- Performing post marketing microbiological stability.
12- Preparation and standardization of volumetric solutions.
13- Calibration of lab instruments in accordance with predefined calibration intervals
