• Work closely with a team of graphic designers and video editors to create and curate engaging multimedia content including videos, GIFs, images and copy.
• Maintain a system for addressing customer queries and comments in a timely manner
• Stay informed about all latest social media trends
• Wide network of contacts including bloggers and influencers
• Experience using Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Simply Measured, Google analytics, Wordpress, etc.

• Editor in Chief of the first online human rights magazine in the region
• Edit and schedule commentary pieces for the website
• Ensure smooth running and frequent updating of website and social media channels
• Work on in-depth reports about human rights violations
• Write and proofread human rights statements
• Maintain relations with media, PR companies and other human rights organizations

•Source stories and contacts
•Work under pressure in a busy newsroom meeting hourly deadlines
•Cover local stories and write copy for on air news
