Assist in Recruitment process by screening and short listing CVs, liaising with consultants, job
portals and advertisements.
• Processing Payroll for the entire division.
• Up-to-date with information on new joiners across the group and coordinating for their visas,
tickets and any such information.
• Comprehensive HRMS (to incorporate all HR process to Tally ERP System)
• Worker’s Salary Review and standardization of Job Titles & Salary Matrix for analysis purposes
• Established dependable database that summarizes the information required by the Management
• Regular monitoring of employee attendance and leave records.
• Coordinating with department and logistics for employees exit.
• Preparing LPO for payment processing.
• Coordinating with Camp Boss for arranging accommodation for new joiners.
• Handling visa and travel insurance related task as and when required.
• Preparing the leave settlements and final settlement for Leaves and Separations/Terminations
respectively.
• Assist in the development of human resource procedures and policies
Handling Recruitment, Performance Appraisals, Payroll of the company, Joining & Induction of the new employee, Visa related formalities other adhoc activities related to HR & Admin
