Function:
Responsible for coordinating and obtaining all necessary documentation required for loan sanctioning, booking, disbursement and ongoing customer requirements. Working with Business Development, Credit, Collections and Finance to develop and maintain a relationship with a portfolio of commercial clients. Accountable for insurance portfolio & management of activities related to insurance of property & vehicles. As the business grows the job holder will develop a team.
Job Purpose:
Involved in develop, modification and implementation of policies pertaining to the Operations for the company.
Involved in develop, modification and implementation of Co. operations system .
Co-ordination with Business Development to ensure all documentation is obtained from clients to comply with loan sanctioning, booking and disbursement procedures
Ensure KYC/ KYB documentation is up to date.
Ensure legal & Security documentation is completed for all commercial transactions
All files to be completed to the required standard set by compliance & credit
Co-ordinate the life-cycle of the loan across other departments of GFC where appropriate and monitor outcome
Ensure that new customers and products are set up on relevant systems.
Develop and maintain own contacts with individuals within customers' organization
Monitor level of customer service and satisfaction based on customer service standards.
Prepare information for and attend customer meetings.
Undertake service reviews and make recommendations to Business Development for areas of improvement
Provide day to day service provision for new customers
Work with Credit Manager to manage the evaluation and execution of transactions.
Post disbursement is responsible for ensuring that all documents remain up to date.
Ongoing customer contact and management.
Discuss & approving new policy conditions .

Resolve queries related to approvals/ claims by regional accounting.

Monitor activities of team members related to processing/ release of insurance claims from the company.
Accountable for insurance portfolio of 50, 000 cars worth SR1.3 Billion as well as planning & management of activities related to insurance of property & vehicles.
