• Develop, review and enforce project-specific QA/QC policies, procedures, standards, guidelines and systems.
• Build, engage manage and control QA/QC team, ensure effectiveness of QA/QC sytem through audits and inspections.
• Follow up timely closure of quality non conformaces, while providing advise on corrective & preventive actions.

Duties “ As the owners representative” :
(In the Projects Department) : with a total cost of the projects (150, 000, 000 SR)
o Conducting need analyses of each branch of our sport clubs according to the site analyses and market studies.
o Design and redesigning of our sports clubs (Architecturally and interiorly).
o Reviewing all the architectural, structural, electrical, mechanical … etc drawings given to us by the designer or the consultant.
o Reviewing all the construction types to meet our needs of speed and quality.
o Following up the stages of the project one by one.
o Reviewing all the construction statement given by the contractors.
o Development of old clubs.
(In the Maintenance Department):
o Following up all the maintenance needed for the equipments the clubs day by day.
o Training the workers on all equipments up grades.
o Supervision on all the preventive maintenance time tables.
o Conducting massive studies on technologies to save power and electricity and water.
Key Responsibilities:
• Articulated architectural vision, developed conceptual designs such as lighting, tiles, toilets or toilet accessories within the fixed design parameter for initial approval for clients and conducted final check of the approved designs.
• Designed marketing strategies for selling company products to the large as well as medium projects as well as participated in promoting Al-Fadda name in the market.
• Reviewed and assimilated information pertaining to market segmentation and penetration strategies, to augment market positioning of the product.
• Established product goals, forecasts and pricing, developed integrated product sales and development plans to enhance product penetration in markets.
• Oversaw the internal and external project management team, delegated work and monitored their work to assure timely completion of the projects within the scheduled deadline.
• Nurtured and maintained an efficient internal team with exceptional capabilities for undertaking major projects that led to reduction in the cost for outsourcing project.
• Researched the current market scenario, product performance and analyzed competitor’s behavior, evaluated market threats/opportunities and implemented suitable action to stay ahead of competitors.
• Solicited bids for various service contracts, selected appropriate vendors and monitored tendering work from offer to payment. Ensured presence during bid openings, executed technical and commercial negotiations.
Designing and applying the safety requirements in the site.
Coordinating all project aspects with the University of King Saud.

• Designed and developed innovative group projects and implemented an integrated range of design models in consistent with overall goals and objectives of the business and investment requisitions.
• Provided technical expertise/guidance while preparing and designing the efficient data sets, layouts, work statements, Groups engineering working drawings as well as analyzed reviewed contractors quotations.
• Monitored and controlled the assigned project to meet best project objectives and adhere to project scope, time, cost and quality constraints.
• Submitted reports on project progress and other project specific information to the upper management for taking curative actions in case of variance.
• Oversaw the maintenance of all the group building as well as followed up with the internal/external design teams to adjust the project design as per requirements.
• Conducted regular site inspections and meetings for tracking and controlling project schedule to accomplish project completion within allocated time/budgets. Submitted reports to the General Manager and kept clients abreast of project progress.
• Supported Project Manager and Senior Project Engineer in the preparation of sub contract agreements for various projects and recruitment activities
• Directed all process and functions in coordination with construction managers, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and workforce.
Coordinating the designing issues between IMAR and the German office.
Meeting with the clients to have all the feedback of the project.
