Ensure operational activities and process performance are aligned with plant and business goals.
Monitor process related equipment and plant process control systems in a safe environmentally responsible manner.
Perform process equipment troubleshooting, routine equipment repairs, improvements, and preventative maintenance.
Perform tasks assigned to operations per a standard task list including field checks, equipment preparation, laboratory analysis as scheduled /required, and perform & record required control analysis.
Perform daily tasks efficiently using the appropriate computer tools and software.
Communicate directly with the maintenance department to coordinate maintenance and repair work in process areas.
Perform inventory management and physical counts as required Monitor product for quality. Prepare reports, training manuals and conduct training sessions.
Determine root causes of deviations in process, product, or equipment performance through use of troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis.
Assiste with the development of new processes by providing feedback regarding design parameters or operational modifications.
Provide technical support when needed by responding promptly to inquiries from internal customers or external vendors.
Monitor, control, and record plant operations Conduct continuous inspections of key process points, make necessary machinery and equipment adjustments, identify problems on equipment, and continually monitor equipment.
