Joined Amiantit Companies as HR Planning & Recruitment Manager for all companies assist in planning, formulating and monitoring the implementation of the manpower planning for grade 10 and above (Management Level), in addition to that monitoring saudization percentage for all companies and assist in developing a succession planning and career development policy based on competencies measurements, recruitment manager for management positions.
Responsibilities
1)Participate as a member of the pre-evaluation committee to analyze the job description and evaluate the jobs to maintain equity in job weighing among the organization.

2)Support the department head in the overall group manpower planning to ensure all organization charts are as per the budgets. Participate in studying the Group Organization Charts to ensure proper structuring that reflects the actual operational activities.

3)Follow up and monitor the Saudization Percentage with the group companies to ensure consistency and adherence with the Ministry of Labor Requirements.

4)Process Grade 8 & Above ( middle and senior management )recruitment to ensure staffing the vacancies with the best-qualified and talented candidates.

5)Assist n developing a succession and career planning process to ensure potential employees have the right career path.

6)Assist in formulating HR Strategies to ensure Implementation of Company business plan as related to HR activities.

7)Monitor, Control & Enhance the Group HR SAP System to ensure current date entry for better management decision meeting.

8)Conduct training Courses and Awareness to current and new employees on SAP to maximize knowledge of ERP solution.

9)Coordinate with all plant to participate in students' day in all university and colleges.
