Joined SABB Management Trainee Program (SMDP) and currently I am working as Assistant Relationship Manager in HR department, in my area I act as a partner to the line by embedding corporate HR strategy and providing professional HR guidance and support to relevant internal client groups with the objective of adding value to the business.

• Involved in the business decisions in many areas such as, management, marketing, planning,
Sales, promotions and business strategy and development.
• Counseling IECC business and responsible for Meddle East market.
• Performs departmental duties as assigned.
• Maintain a systematic filing and safe keeping of important documents i.e. all incoming & outgoing letters, reports, faxes with the department.
• Send/Receive outgoing/incoming faxes and other correspondences.
• Assist my superiors on filing and distribution of all pertinent documents relating to department’s operations.
• Maintain efficient record of documents in computer.
• Proper computer data encoding services as directed by my superiors.
• Assist HR Supervisor in his day-to-day activities.
• Provide necessary cover to the Reception, when required.
• Operate the phone and fax system in a friendly, effective manner during the absence of receptionist.
• Prepare and process or type all documents, reports, memos or other material as required to a pre determined standard.
• Perform administrative details as laid down.
• Maintain employee files and liaise with HR supervisor on administrative matters if required.
• Organise transportation, accommodation booking for both employees and visitors.
I have been awarded the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) 'Level 7 Certificate in Strategic Management & Leadership'
