SADAD’s roadmap, where I was a team member of a joint team from SADAD and

delivery channels to reach the unbanked customers (the largest underserved
segment), in addition to increasing utilizations for current Billers, and introducing a
lighter version of the system to be used by small and medium enterprises.
 My main task was to analyze all Saudi Banks financial statements for the past three
years, and find a correlation between their retail and delivery channels strategy with
their market share and profitability, and how SADAD affected the outcome
