Emergency Control Center Commander and Activator.
Guide top management to follow the Emergency Response Plan Procedure.

Lead a team to develop Joint Emergency Response Plan between joint ventures.

Review and approve: Hazard Identification Plans, Emergency Response Plan, Safety Training Plan.
Initiated and Developed new system to easily track and close all safety items online.
Report and investigate incidents, injuries and hazards and implement agreed control measures.
Regularly review and be familiar with all applicable legislation and standards, to ensure compliance.
Developed Behavioral Based Safety (BBS) scope to enhance Safety Culture.
• Acting Gas Supervisor at Khafji Joint Operations (July-2014 to Aug-2014) & (Sept. to Oct. 2014):
- Supervise and monitor daily jobs requested from Operations.
- Report to Superintendent all completed jobs.
- Coordinate with vendors for special works.
• Instrument Engineer at Khafji Joint Operations (July 2013 to Present).
-Prepares procedures for critical I&C systems & equipment maintenance and inspection jobs.
- Follow up on major maintenance work and advice on spare parts replacement or modification.
- Monitors and inspect contractors’ work on maintenance activities.
- Review/check daily reports prepared by contractor on concerned work progress and reports to supervisor.
- Develop specification and prepare material requisitions for control systems, instruments, control valves and all other instrumentation
- Review Vendors quotations, prepare technical quotation evaluation and recommend the final technically acceptable Vendor.
- Technically approve Order Variation Summaries, review and approve Vendor order documentation.
- Carry out technical investigations, produce technical reports, engineering standards and procedures.
- Assist in the development and training of personnel including graduate engineers when requested.
- Participate in proposal activities as required.
- Planning and scheduling Mothballing activities for Mechanical, Instrument, and Electrical.
- Controlling budget, Monitoring work progress, and ordering Mothballing materials.
- Reporting monthly to the Chairman and top management of the Mothballing work progress.
