•Manage, and coordinate Personal Finance, Credit Cards, Auto Loans, Lending Products, and consumer banking, and explain what SME mean is for self-Employed customers.
•Create new relationship and exploit the opportunities with walk-in Customers, telephone or persuade customers to purchase bank’s product (fresh business) to achieve the assigned target.
•To Handle by phone call, Walk-in, existing SME, Mortgage, personal Loans, Credit cards, Deposits, and consumer & premier banking customers.
•Identifies potential clients using advertising companies, personal contacts.
•Provide regular market feedback as well as inputs for formulations of sales strategy.
•Maintain good relationship with key organizations and their employees.
•Look at new companies to work with where is good potential for the bank to penetrate.
•To send MIS report, account opening, mortgage, SME, Personal Loans, Credit cards, Deposits, Problem handling, and after sales service.
•Assist my manager in all his duties and functions.
•To explain to my team how can they sell the wholesales, and consumer banking.
•Manage the proper administration and safeguarding of the branch assets.
•Review Fixed Asset reports and the related depreciation for correctness.
•Taking care of the daily statement of condition related to the branch & having a clean control of the profit /loss position.
•Custodian of vault, all stocks & securities inside the Strong room, Main safe & Chubb's.
•Handles bills/cheque for collection, verification of daily vouchers, outward remittances/salary processing and other jobs assigned by BM.
•Process back to back placements with treasury and ensure Branch's foreign currency position is within the approved limit.
