I am working as project director for Maragha corridor which consists of 4Km of industrial bridges over the nile
i am responsible on planning, procurement and construction the projects reporting to the company operation manager
Project Director of 10th of Ramadan LRT Project - Badr Depot (June 2019 - Up To Date)
The Project comprises the construction of 10th of Ramadan Railway Project - Badr Depot (LRT).
The Project is consisting of Main Depot & Main Line Fence (123KM) and Al-Shrouk Bridge (3KM).

- Project DESIGNER: CREC - AVIC CONSIRTUM
- Main Contractor: GAMA&ROWAD JOINT VENTURE
Ultimately responsible for the direction and coordination of site resources,
in order to ensure that construction meets all contractual requirements
and profitability projections in the most cost effective and efficient manner.
Ensures that field construction, follows the specifications and drawings as noted
in the contract documents in terms of HSE, quality, cost and planning
1- Assist the Managing Director in overall management of business operation and policy making limited to GHI Jeddah’s scope of work.
2- Providing the Managing Director with site reports already evaluated by the project, managing not limited to the normal and abnormal activities but also include upcoming to advance planning
3- To present Jeddah team in all business meetings with clients
4- To meet potential clients for acquiring new scope of work and extra required information and drawings for preparation of business proposals
5- Follow up and coordinate with back up engineering team for timely placement of offer and/or shop drawings ensuring all regulatory design approvals by technical office before placement to client
6- To coordinate and review the offers prepared by technical office before placement to client
7- Coordinate with the Commercial Manager in matters related to invoicing/billing and material bill of quantities
8- Ensure correct and smooth operations of GHI Saudia stores
9- Assure all related correspondence regarding business issues are accurately controlled/maintained
10- Maintaining secrecy of information on core things wherever required
11- Work towards building team spirit and growth of team to achieve business targets
12- Serving the company to the best of my ability, using due skill and care on timely basis
13- Faithfully and diligently performing my duties
14- Acting in accordance with the company’s best interests
15- Managing the fabrication of the special made steel formwork in outsource factories like Bemco Steel, Alzamil, Rajihi Factories in Jeddah and Dubai Factories like Fitwell

• Working knowledge of Contract conditions.

• Assemble and coordinate project staff
• Manage project budget and resource allocation
• Plan and schedule project timelines
• Track project deliverables using appropriate tools

• Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
• Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
• Project evaluations and assessment of results.
• Achieve the requirements of Stakeholders and shareholders.

• Leading the training team of skilled labors (carpenters, steel fixers, ……etc., )

** Consultant: Arab Consulting Engineers ( Muharram Bakhoum) (Egypt)
**Job Description: Senior Structure Engineer with Material Responsibilities (As Consultant)
** the project including: 1- Main building ( 250*650 m)
2- 17 Machine footings
3- Two ground tanks
4- High water tank
5- Water treatment
6- Electrical substation ( 66 KVA)
7- Main Cable tunnels ( 3 Km length)
8- Crew buildings
9- Office buildings
10- 11 Landscape for 1470000 m2 area - Concrete roads

** My Responsibilities: Supervision the executing the following structures: 1- Excavation of footings
2- Blinding Concrete
3- Raft foundations

7- Following up the weekly and monthly meetings with Ministry of Defence and Military Production
8- Following up the QA-QC plan
9- Review and approved the monthly certificates of the contractors

**Job Description: Technical Manager for the factories
** My Responsibilities: 1- Management the concrete factory
2- Management the crushers
3- Management the concrete lab.
4- Technical support for the sales department
5- One of the sales department and i was have my own projects like Saudi German hospital in madina ekmunawara
6- Follow up the independent labs in the factory project.
