Flour is providing engineering, procurement and Construction Management (EPCM) supports for Petron Bataan
Refinery Expansion in response to increasing demand for refined petroleum products. Work scope includes civil &
structural works, new boundary fencing, new pipe bridge and pipe racks, catch basin & sumps, pump station, cooling
tower basin, and mechanical, electrical, instrumentation structural supports, and among other item of facilities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
➢ Execute and monitor field construction activities in conformance with IFC drawings, specifications, schedules,

Duties and Responsibilities:
➢ Monitor site progress and project cost through on-site observation and maintenance of daily records of site activities
to ensure project is constructed in accordance with the design, budget and milestone schedule.

these trains will process Hasbah offshore gas, consisting of inlet gas handling, gas sweetening, dehydration,

400, 000 barrels per day (bpd) of Arabian Heavy crude oil to ultra clean transportation fuels for international and
domestic markets. In addition of high-value refined products of 90, 000 (bpd) gasoline, 263, 000 bpd of ultra-low-sulfur

Construction of a Sanitary Sewer Mainlines System in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The said project was
executed by way of both the conventional open trench method, tunneling and micro-tunneling. Overall
length of pipeline designed as 250 kilometers composed of (Vitrified Clay Pipe (VCP) ranging from
Ǿ400mm - Ǿ600mm and Glass Fiber Reinforced Plastic Pipe (GFRPP) ranging from Ǿ700mm - Ǿ2,
