Key Activities:
• Contribute to the development and implementation the Company's vision, mission, strategy and plans of company in line with overall annual strategy and plans.
• Manage culture change initiatives and participation to achieve objectives, high retention rates.
• Develop HR policies and procedures by ensuring that the company's overall HR policies, regulations, and procedures comply with Saudi labor law.
• Direct the framework development, including performance management, training programs, workforce planning, recruitment, succession planning, career path and change management to support business requirements, in addition to, attracting and retaining talents.
• Develop workforce planning and direct annual workforce plan according to the workload, projects, and input from departments to provide the required capabilities as well as ensuring strategy implementation.
• Manage and analyze training needs, develop training plan, budget, and schedule to bridge performance gaps and build competencies.
• Develop direct organization structure and functional statements update in collaboration with departments.
• Define employee mapping strategy, plan, and governance to ensure smooth migration to updated organization structure.
• Direct the development or update of job descriptions to ensure clear roles and responsibilities.
• Develop and ensure continuous update of grading and rewards structure to ensure competition and equality.
• Develop and manage implementation of employee performance management system and link results to development and rewards and build a high-performance culture.
• Resolve employee complaints, grievances or misconduct referred according to disciplinary policies and procedures.
• Contributed to the company's ERP project by developing HR transactions.
• Prepare periodic reports (weekly, quarterly, and yearly) on the HR Department's activities and achievements for submission to the CEO.
• Direct implementation of employees' surveys to develop culture and engagement programs.
• The head of committee Quality and Institutional Excellence.
Key Activities:
• Implement the department's policies, objectives, and procedures.
• Preparing annual goals and budgets for the Recruitment, and training Sections, to ensure that they operate within agreed goals and budgets.
• Manage recruitment plan development and implementation to meet Human Capital needs according to the workforce plan and national recruiting program.
• Develop headhunting skills including creating database of potential candidates in collaboration with sources of recruiting and service providers (agencies, universities, job seekers, recruiting sources, etc.) and participate in recruiting events.
• Participate in determining subordinates' training needs and evaluating the outcomes of training courses.
• Manage the development or update competencies to facilitate Human Capital operations and work on developing employees' skills and improving functional quality.
• Develop succession plans for key positions and career path for common positions.
• Analyse and report on employee performance appraisals and keep records of evaluations and development/training needs identified in performance reviews.
