Principal duties include: Provide leadership that drives the customer experience, Assist the manager in overall operational execution and total store results, Help the store manager to analyze the week to date and month to date sales, and develop action plans to drive higher sales. Help in developing and executing short terms action plans and long terms strategies. Ensure that the individual and collective skills are utilized effectively, and both staff and customer experience is positive.
-Assisting customers and providing the highest standart of customer service in order to achieve maximum sales.
-Building and maintaining good relations with the existing customers; internal and external.
-Achieving sales targets through selling and upselling
