PR & Influencers Marketing:
• Develop and execute influencer marketing content and creative campaigns
• Identify, recruit and build relationships with key influencers and thought leaders, establish and manage on-going influencer/brand ambassador programs
• Attend relevant events for networking and business purposes, Assists social media management with large projects, events, and community management
• Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns
• Liaising with the marketing team to create and coordinate marketing strategies that work across different channels
• Secure and negotiate earned and paid placements including interviews, reviews, news items, giveaways, video segments, etc.
• Stay on top of industry trends, the latest PR/social media advancements and relevant campaigns
• Manage agency partners to oversee campaigns and ensure timely delivery of influencer assets, and campaign reports
• Source and identify talent for activations and brand partnerships
Social Media & Digital:
• Creates content that promotes audience interaction, increases audience presence on company sites, and encourages audience participation.
• Works with marketing and social media team members to coordinate ad campaigns with social media strategy
• Uses timelines and scheduled content to create a consistent stream of new content for audience interaction while analysing, managing, and altering schedules where necessary to optimize visits
• Administration of press and social competitions, to include organising prizes and contacting winners.
• Source and produce engaging content to ensure social media channels are up to date, relevant and interesting.
• Drive and manage social media campaigns from content creation, to measurement of campaign success.
• Responsible for the logistics of the digital ads.
-Event planning, design and production while managing all project delivery elements within time limits
-Liaise with clients to identify their needs and to ensure customer satisfaction
-Conduct market research, gather information and negotiate contracts prior to closing any deals
-Provide feedback and periodic reports to stakeholders
-Propose ideas to improve provided services and event quality
-Organize facilities and manage all event’s details.
-Ensure compliance with insurance, legal, health and safety obligations
-Specify staff requirements and coordinate their activities
-Cooperate with marketing and PR to promote and publicize event
-Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on the event day
-Conduct pre- and post - event evaluations and report on outcomes
-Research market, identify event opportunities and generate interest
