• Consult UK property owners to file their taxes in coordination with a UK tax advisor firm.
• Inform clients about the rules of intestacy and inheritance tax, while supporting them in writing a UK Will, in collaboration with law firms.
• Contact specific agents in the UK to discuss potential business opportunities.
• Conduct analysis on market trends and forecast housing prices based on economic fluctuations and advise clients accordingly.
• Advise and sell clients other services offered such as furnishing, bank account opening, mortgage, resale, or special custom services based on the clients needs.
• Consult clients through the conveyancing process when buying or selling a property.
• Negotiate with letting agents to rent out clients properties.
• Form deals with companies and agents in the UK such as Rightmove to advertise the company name and services.
• Coordinate with developers and agents to provide construction updates and ensure that ongoing projects are implemented according to plan.
• Investigate issues or delays with the construction progress and provide updates to clients.
• In charge of Customer Relations Instagram account.
B2B Sales Department: Acted as an intermediary between clients and B2B concerned staff to sell products and services. Using Siebel system to update notes and enquiries.
Responsible for approaching different types of clients to negotiate their demands, sell the available products, and market new offers & promotions through social media platforms and flyers. Approach students unions and provide them with special offers/promotions.
