Employee Engagement:
- Staff engagement surveying and analysis of data, action plan and execution follow up
- Company core values development: conducting Focus Groups in Lebanon, Morocco, Egypt and Jordan, analyzing data, developing of employee value proposition

Projects:
- Supporting various ad-hoc HR projects, liaising with stakeholders, monitoring milestones, updating project data in relevant systems, developing templates
- Supporting remote team members with system usage, process training, etc.
Recruitment and Selection:
- Working closely with hiring managers on vacancy requirements and sourcing strategy, planning recruitment budgets, liaising with agencies and job boards for advertising, researching on and engaging passive candidates, supporting applicants with system issues, shortlisting and interviewing, preparing interview reports, obtaining approvals, and handling offer negotiations. Monitoring the effectiveness of implemented sourcing steps and implementing corrective actions when needed.

- Due diligence management: vetting candidates though LexisNexis tool and obtaining reference checks.
Reporting and analysis:
- Conducting market studies on jobs and salaries; monitoring government updates on employment law and inflation and recommend actions based on findings.
- Collating data form various sources and developing coherent HR reports to serve various departments using Excel (Macros, Pivot and other functions); developing presentations for BoT meetings
Policy development and implementation:
- Reviewing policy regularly, monitoring compliance and support interpretation and implementation
- Developing tools, HR policies and practices to ensure optimal performance, flexibility and competitiveness of the organization
Administration:
- Processing day-to-day tasks: absence management, resolve issues on benefits administration, resolving HRIS related issues, query management.
- Managing approvals and ensuring data accuracy.
- Issuing contracts for non-regular staff; professional services, consultants, temporary workers and ensuring all arrangements are consistent with the applicable government regulations.
