P1. Model Based Definition, design for all structural parts, Sheet metal, Metallic parts of Tailcone and Non-Tailcone parts for Boeing Aircraft.
• Analyzing parts of different material and its machining process need to update attribute and part information for sheet metal, machined components and composite parts fulfilling Functional Tolerance and Annotations.

• Creating Flat pattern for sheet metal parts manually with basic as per Airbus process and methods
• Creating drawings, Selection of Layouts, Generating BOM.
P3 • Electric harness DMU Fuselage A380, Clash analysis with ATA 21, ATA 53, ATA 92, segregation with types of routings, Clash analysis, Brackets / Ramp requirement checks.
• Checking and decision making for UID installations for all retrofit electrical routing design. Adhere to TDD SIDP, EWIS.
P4 • Engineering change management activities, Aircraft passenger seats layout drawing creations with different configuration.
• Product Release management. SDD creations, RV creations, Part and drawing creations, SDD table creations.
P5• This activity involves in changing the finish codes for aero-interior components (galley) as per the new Standards (BAPS -710-008) set by the bombardier and also incorporate the changes specified in respective modification summary.
• Investigate any existing change documentation (Mod drawing, etc.) of affecting parts.
• Create new dash number for existing part (“Dash roll”) incorporating existing change management.
P6: AIRCRAFT INTERIORS: 6 months, ZODIAC AEROSPACE.INC USA 19th July - 22nd Oct 2014
• Detailing and drafting of Aircraft interiors Upper and lower galley, PSU’s using Catia V5, Input is 3D model and technical document to fulfill the requirement of customer.
• Involved in complex Interior Design projects such as BOEING XSB/TRS program interior Mortise and Tenon design for all the panels of G4B galley.
• Detailing and Creation of Final Assembly drawings, Sub assembly, Part drawings, Placard installation drawings of G4B galley using Catia-V5 R21.
• Updating the drawings for the design change rejections and creating DCN's for the same.
P6: AIRCRAFT FUSELAGE A350 CONCESSIONS EXPERIENCE:
• A350 concession design; Providing design solution for the non conformance occurred in the shop floor during machining, manufacturing and assembly of Fuselage structures (Metallic and Composite).
P7: Airbus Helicopter PAX Doors
• Creating manufacturing drawing for brackets & bracket installation,
• Checking the interface points validation while modifying solution for Bracket Assembly for Electrical & Mechanical systems.
• Creating CFRP thermoplastic clips frame and composite parts as per Airbus standards.
• Checking of clash between brackets & Primary structure. Material and fastener selection for composite sandwiched parts and brackets (loaded & unloaded).Generating Bill of Material and Implementing required DQN and IPCN.
• Trimming and detailing of packing material on clashing with any other part.
• Creating new repaired part and manufacturing drawing, for inner module, edge member, Stabilo, stringers, brackets & primary structure installation.
P8: AIRCRAFT WING METALLIC AND COMPOSITE CONCESSION:5.6 Years
• Certified Signatory for wing A380 concessions metallic structures from Airbus.
• Design Responsible for aircrafts A330-300, A330-400, A320, A321, A319 and A380 wing structures.
• Deputed to on-site (Broughton-UK) for a product familiarization during which I have gained knowledge on different build stages of wing manufacturing and assembly line shop floor and process.
• Ensure compliance with applicable of Airbus Means and Methods, ABD, CS-25, RSDP, SIDP, TDD for the appropriate type/model/series aircraft.Developed appropriate technical solutions for operational non conformances which are compliance with all relevant customer design standards and airworthiness requirements.
• Worked in co-operation with the wider team and other functional areas of the company to achieve local and overall business objectives.
• Liaise directly with external service provider’s design signatories and stress signatories and Managing own workload to ensure tasking is completed to schedule.
• Ensure that relevant stakeholders have the right information at the right time, through pro-active communication.
• Identify own training and development needs to ensure current and future skill requirements are met and addressed, making recommendations for formal training.
• Ensure compliance to the company’s health, safety and environmental policies.
• Hands on experience and sound knowledge of CATIA-V5, AutoCAD.
P9: LANDSCAPE IRRIGATION AND FOUNTAIN SYSTEMS : 1.4 Years.
• Customer meeting, field survey, client input requirement study, providing the quotation after the design, getting the approval then optimization of the piping design, layout plan proposals.
• Installation and monitoring of state of the art, computerized moisture sensor systems, and standard systems. Adjusting and repairing systems, Estimating water management projects.
• Assisting in growing water management at client base, awareness of rain water harvesting.
• Sprinkler Layout - Piping Layout designing, Optimization of pipe lengths for a given Farm
House / Landscape Irrigation/Drip irrigation/ Fountain systems.
• Creation of BOM, Preparing Quotation, Interaction to Customers, Executing the project.
• Client input requirement study, Layout plan proposals. Client interaction, Design version/revision
control & approval activities, assistance to field deployment team.
P10: Certain non-conformances arise during manufacturing and assembly of wings Structural parts (Metallic and Composite).Feasibility study of manufacturing and assembly of Wing and providing design solutions for wing installations of Airbus A320, A330, A340 aircrafts which are under serial production by creating drawing packs for the affected areas.
: Client input requirement study, Layout plan proposals.

The Scope of work in this project includes, design on main components of
Airbus- Traverse beam, Lower hinge arm assembly, Die design for pallets and headers model from 2-D drawings, Assembly build, clearance and interference checks were also done. Airbus traverse beams, Lower hinge arm assembly, Jaguar, Die design for elliptical pallets and headers.
My Role:
•Detail study of drawing.
•Quality check of machined components.
•Detailing and the drafting of components and explaining it to the manufacturing unit, if required.
•Remodeling to fulfill GD & T requirements for manufacturing purpose.
•Part Modeling, Assembly and drafting With GD&T was done to develop the product by using
CMM- Prototype Method.
•CMM-Prototype Method had also been used to design a model as per prototype provided by
Customer.
•The activities included sheet metal and machined component design using both solid and
surface function.
