My role was to handle customers at the cash counters .
To do the day to day cash transactions as cash deposits cash withdrawals chq withdrawals remittances FCY insurance and ATM CDM machines loading unloading .
As also at the customer service counter as customer preferred to open accounts, draft issuance telegraphic transactions, Fund transfers, CEFTS, SLIPS, RTGS
Transactions and also business account opening and ATM card issues.
Handling KYC and AML systems.
My responsibility was to operate the banking system work in order and to update and scan and store the records which we are providing and also to flow-up the customer request until it get completed to the fullest.
To maintain the good name of the company.
To satisfy the customer with their request and to please them.
