Coordinate with partner’s team and other Impact staff to provide timely inputs for monthly and quarterly progress reports and any other required reports.
Assist the Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Manager in developing systems for screening and selecting beneficiaries, including assisting in the design of relevant tools when necessary.
Conduct qualitative and quantitative surveys of program impact to assure the project goals are being met and that the IMPACT team is able to constantly improve the quality of program implementation.
Oversee the information management activities, including data analysis, reporting, communications and beneficiary/indicator tracking.
Support / enhance the file keeping system of GIS related information
Technical support to the development of GIS structures.
Develops guidelines regarding information management of data, ensuring data security and protections are in place.
Provide solutions to keep the database secure.
Monitoring overall data quality and alerting Project Officer immediately of any data quality concerns.
Ensuring transparent, accurate and timely collection of data under the guidance of the Project officer
Servers, desktop/laptop hardware and software, and peripherals including printers and scanners. Analyze quantitative data collected from various program activities, including but not limited to baseline/end line surveys, satisfaction surveys.
Working with Field Coordinator to create a program to collect and organize the data for Tal Abayed Warehouse.
Local Area Network, wireless network, essential network services peer-to-peer or client server architecture, as appropriate.
Talking staff or clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to help set up Systems or resolve issues.
Perform preventative maintenance on all IRC computers and network resources.
Update appropriate network security and data loss prevention procedures to safeguard system from physical harm, viruses, unauthorized users and damage to data.
Create and maintain IRC computer software/hardware inventory ensuring accuracy.
Create and maintain network documentation to include IP address, system access, email creation system, upgrades and changes to original network, etc.
Produce information, data and statistics including the analysis of such, across a range of subjects
Maintain confidentiality and observe database.
Ability to work with big database.

Analyze data, identify and address information management gaps.
Uploading data into consolidated database and to Cloud system.
Generate monthly bi weekly status report and share with the Information Coordinator.
Review program data for completeness and accuracy and developer of data quality report.
Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications.
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues.
Responding within agreed time limits to call-outs.
Installation, operation, and maintenance of computer systems and other technologies.
Investigate local Internet connectivity options to obtain adequate bandwidth for Intranet and application connectivity
