Responsibilities:

Responsible for making all efforts and queries to know about all competitive products (Specifications and Pricing).
Deliver Presentations and lectures to doctors, practitioners, nurses, technicians and biomedical engineers.
Responsible for providing the sales team with the necessary technical expertise to enable them to sell the product.
Responsible for reviewing product data for all products related enquiries and work collaboratively with colleagues in Clinical Research and Regulatory to address any issues that may arise.
Assist with the development of the annual plan and for controlling advertising promotion and sales aids in accordance with the annual marketing plan.
Responsible for setting the forecast for the department.
Supporting doctors in the operating rooms, Intensive care units, Pediatric and neonatal intensive care units, Cardiac surgery units and Cardiac care Units.
Represent to the customer and follow company policy with Integrity and sincerity.
Leverage data and analytics to make informed decisions regarding products and services, targeting, and effectiveness of strategies and initiatives.
Create success metrics, track progress and modify plans as needed.
Develop new product launch plans that include customer insights, market dynamics, key strategies and tactics, launch date, key deliverables and financial projections.
Conduct management presentations to report on new product launches.
Identify product gaps within the portfolio and provide solutions to fill the gaps.

I worked from October 2011 to June 2012 as a Junior Territory Manager and was promoted to Territory Manager in July 2012.

Responsibilities:
• Constant market research in regards to products for a new Department.
• Create Awareness about the company’s new products.
• Creating and implementing sales plans to deliver on business targets.
• Attend surgeries on regular basis to train, or support doctors/assistants in product usage or follow-up.
• Developing and maintaining customer relationships with key accounts to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
• Assessment and planning of customer site visits to put forwards proposals for relevant products.
• Contract and price negotiations with all stakeholders to successfully secure new and existing business.
• Follow-up on existing products and client payments in a professional and ethical manner.
• Conduct management presentations to report on new product launches.
• Represent to the customer and follow company policy with Integrity and sincerity.
