- Managed clients across the Arab region, dealt primarily with Telecom Operators. Negotiated contract terms, production schedules, and workflow with clients. Expanded offers with accounts that include B2B projects, corporate wellness and CSR initiatives.
- Responsible of B2B business development through identifying and calling target B2B markets, segments and prospects consisting of hospitals, medical centers, pharmaceutical companies and the public sector.
- Supervised the development of all comprehensive RFP responses for pitches to include active participation in presentations, namely the Ministry of Health in both KSA and UAE and several hospitals in the region.
- Conducted market research, identified needs that lead to the development of new health education services. Coordinated closely with the outsourced department on design, development and delivery. Built a sales team and prepared needed marketing materials.
- Launched NABED, AxeIn’s health brand for patient education and public health awareness. Responsible of the brand’s online marketing action plan. Handled events and exhibitions to promote the company’s brand.

New Media Division is a mobile content provider for telecom operators in the Arab world.
- Managed the New Media Department consisting of mobile and web developers, graphic designers, video editors, and content providers.
