• Managing the risk assessment process for multiple projects as well as setting and implementing site / project HSE policies, procedures and systems and ensuring adherence by all site staff and sub-contractors throughout all stages of delivery

• Setting HSE policies and procedures at the start of each project, including handling liaison with internal and external teams to gather project specifications and enable effective assessment of risk and development of HSE procedures, systems and documents

• Managing HSE projects budgets of up to USD $100k, including controlling HSE resources and reporting on budget variance.

• Ensuring adherence to HSE requirements for site teams on each work site through conducting regular inspections, reporting issues identified and delivering additional training to site staff as required.

• Verifying compliance of SOPs and HSE documentation for all subcontractors as well as ensuring subcontractors compliance with site HSE policies and procedures throughout all stages of project delivery, acting as the HSE interface with third party contractors at all stages of the lifecycle.

• Leading delivery of Project orientation & Safety Induction Training for site staff and subcontractors at all work sites, including delivering Toolbox Talks and Safety Meetings.

• Conducting regular audit inspections as well as handling high-profile incident investigations using Root Cause Analysis, 5 Y sequence, Tripod Beta techniques, recording details of lessons learned and feeding-back to senior management.

• Managing certifications and licences, including liaison with external regulatory and certification bodies; includes control / review of Safety and Quality Management Systems such as ISO 9001:2015 / ISO 45001:2018 .

- ODD1, IMD1 and EDD1 Gas Platform, 10`Gas-lift
line repair for: Refurbishment, replacement and
reinstatement of existing corrugated fire wall plates
