 Create and maintain data dashboards in Looker Studio for easy data visualization, analysis, and automated reporting;
 Develop statistical models for data analysis, including linear regression modeling and predictive lead scoring, that effectively guide facilities management;
 Automated the generation of actionable insights and trends over time from data analysis to inform the department’s future planning and budgeting decisions;
 Coordinate the city beautification and landscape management;
 Modeling and designing the city infrastructure (roads, roads infrastructure and street lights) management model than can last for a period of 25 years;
 Credit management;
 Move service charge collection from 0% to 62% within a period of 2 years.
