• Manage and leading end-to-end procurement activities including vendor selection, RFQ, RFP,
Tendering, Pre and Post contracts, LPO issuance, and price negotiations.
• Sourcing and managing suppliers for Industrial equipment, MEP materials, General civil works,
engineering materials, consumables, and subcontracted services
• Drafting, Reviewing, and Negotiating Contracts to all our clients in UAE, and GCC Regional which I
create, analyze, and modification contracts to ensure clarity, enforceability, and alignment with
organizational policies and client needed.
• Monitoring supplier performance, ensure compliance with quality standards, delivery schedules, and
agreement payment terms
• Build and maintain long term strategic relationships with vendors and subcontractors both locally and
internationally
• Collaborate closely with project teams, operations, finance, and technical teams to ensure procurement
supports timely project executions
• Leading, train, and mentor a team in our procurement department
• Ensure compliance with company policies UAE regulations, and international procurement best practices
• Manage procurement budgets, track savings, and continuously optimize cost structures without
compromising quality

• Sourcing, evaluation, and negotiation with suppliers, contractors, and service providers to our
Drilling equipments, Heavy machineries, and other spare parts sectors
• Obtain competitive quotations thru ADNOC supplier hub with Approve vendor list (AVL) and new
potential suppliers, and ensure proper comparison for technical and commercial submissions
• Manage procurement for maintenance services, MEP works, Civil Road works, refurbishment,
Fabrications, and properly related suppliers
• Maintain an approved vendor list and ensure all suppliers comply with our company policies and
service requirements
• Conduct vendor performance evaluations based on quality, delivery cost, and compliance
• Coordinate onboarding, and registration of new vendors through ADNOC portal and registration
thru Ariba
• Drafting, Reviewing, and issuing purchase orders, service agreements, and contract documents
• Support tender processes including RFP preparation, bid clarification, and recommendation
reports
• Support Facility Management for annual budgeting through accurate cost estimations
