Duties:
Export of products and componets for electrical networks to India, China, USA, Asia; Planning, organizing transport (Sea /Air /DHL / FedEx) and preparing the customs files; Follow-up of the delivery, answer to customers inquiries; Organizing workflow with 3rd party providers for services related to storage, packing and loading; Air transport billing
Export Logistics Coordinator, reported to Supply Chain manager Managed total shipments from factory (water-heaters, towel dryies, solar panel products) in Europe, Russia, Gulf countries and Asia; Arrange the weekly shipping plan (average 5000 product/day, 13 contanaires/day); Compiling shipping files in accordance with the sanitary and customs regulations (packing lists, bills of lading, sertificate of origine, fumigation sertificate); Reporting on KPIs; Air Freight Cost negatiations (reduced by 27 %), Incoterms 2018.
