• Functioning in a project management capacity, with sole responsibility for project execution securing
municipality construction permits, project insurance, and Civil Defense approvals; coordinating mandatory
authority stage inspections (footing, plinth beam, slab) through to project completion certification.
• Raise and track material requests through ERP, ensuring on-time procurement and alignment with
construction schedules.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports and look-ahead plans, reporting project status, risks, and
recovery actions to senior management and investor stakeholders.
• Lead daily QC inspections across earthwork, concrete pouring, structural and finishing works, ensuring full
compliance with approved QC plans, specifications, and material inspection requirements (MIR).
• Coordinate with execution teams, main contractors and consultants to resolve technical discrepancies,
preventing construction delays while maintaining quality standards.
• Manage non-conformance reporting (NCR) end-to-end, including evidence documentation and verification
of corrective actions.
• Review and develop quality documentation (ITPs, MS, TDS, MSDS) and monitor strict implementation of the
Project Quality Plan (PQP).
• Maintain QA/QC dashboards, quality observation registers and reporting for project management and
clients.

• Conducted site visits for tender evaluation and independently prepared and submitted bid proposals via the
Oman Tendering Board portal, securing 14 awarded projects.
• Projects: Rehabilitation & Modification, Wali Seeb; Juma Souq Development, Jalan Bani Bu Ali; Municipality
Park, Jalan Bani Bu Hasan; Wadi Bani Auf Health Center maintenance & renovation.
• Implemented approved Inspection Test Plans across foundation, concrete and structural stages, including
FDT compaction testing, formwork checks, and RCC pour verification.

• Key project: Shrimp Farm Project, Al Khuweymah, Al Ashkharah, Oman.

• Delivered civil construction works across residential and commercial developments, overseeing execution
quality, site coordination and contractor performance.

• Projects: 13 private villas (Auqad, Sahalnout, Salalah); extension of Shehait Government Boys School, Taqah;
industrial workshop, Raysut Industrial Area; Lulu Hypermarket extension, Barka; farmhouse construction,
Barka Somhan.
• Managed day-to-day site execution and quality inspection across multiple concurrent residential and
commercial projects.
