Local Shipments:
• Overall control MEZ Plastic/Liquid movement to all over the KSA.
• Make arrangements with drivers like truck inspection, Make PTI’s, Journey Management and other all activities which are include in QSHE premises.
Export Shipments:
• Handling Liquid & Solid for Export movement.
• Follow-up with the shipping line for CRO.
• Arrange the vehicle for picking up the empty containers from S/L.
• Follow-up with SADARA for material loading.
• After loading we again arrange the trucks to shuttle the containers in port before ETA
• Maintain the Local & Export activities record and share the report with SADARA & Customers.
• Monitored location of vehicles by using GPS platform, creating reports as per location, idle time, and speeding alerts.
• For over speeding, make the violation against the truck drivers
• Monitor our yard area like fleet, containers. ISO tanks etc.
• Maintain monthly report and share with supervisor and operation manager.

FOB + FOT
Freight on Board (FOB):
• Coordination with SABIC, Shipping Line, Plant, Haulers, and Stevedore to arrange load containers on vessel as per given schedule.
• Coordinate with Shipping line to arrange the Container Release Orders (CRO).
• Coordinate with Hauler to collect the empty containers and stuffed with in cut off time.
• Arrange Packing List from plant and submitted to Shipping Line.
• Coordinate with Shipping line to arrange Manifest.
• Coordinate with hauler to complete shuttling and clearance within Cut off time.
• Coordinate with Shipping line to arrange the shipment advise.
• Maintain the records in MS Excel.
• Report to SABIC focal person on daily basis.
• Prepare accurate reports for upper management on daily basis.
• Prepare report for every month of end and update in SABIC system.
• Immediate problem solving.
Freight on Truck (FOT):
• Coordination with Plant and Transporters to arrange the load trucks as per given schedule.
• Prepare accurate reports for upper management on daily basis.
• Follow up on daily basis to avoid truck delays.
• Make a plan which material load firstly.
• Maintain the record on MS Excel
