Handling accounting operations, including A/R, A/P, financial statements and analyzing reports for company’s operations
Preparation of monthly MIS and Financial statements to the management.
Cash forecasting. Compile information from around the company to create on-going cash forecast.
Coordination with Statutory Auditors/ Internal Auditors and External Consultants
-Incorporation of Companies & LLP
-Maintenance of all Secretarial Records of several Companies, Filling and Filing of All Returns,
ROC Forms, Drafting of all kinds of resolutions, Preparation of Minutes etc thereof.
-Preparation of Form MBP-1 and other annual disclosure for Directors.
-Filing of various forms with ROC i.e. CHG-4, MGT -14, ADT -1, MR-1, INC -22, DIR 11, and DIR-12 etc
And well versed with the working of MCA21 portal including preparation and filing of various e-forms.
-Shifting of registered office of the Company.
-Liaisoning with Registrar of Companies (ROC) regarding various Secretarial Matters.
-Allotment and Transfer of Shares of Private Companies.
-Maintaining statutory books, including registers of members, directors and secretaries.
-Drafting of Annual Report including Drafting of Notice, Director’s Report.
-Work relating to creation, modification and satisfaction of charges.
-Increase in Authorized and Paid-up Share Capital of the Companies.
-Promotion, Formation and Incorporation of companies and matters related therewith.
-Appointment of Directors of the Company.
-Maintaining all Statutory Registers of various Companies.
-Opening/Modification & Closing of various Bank Accounts for Company.
-Preparation of Annual Return on Foreign Liabilities and Assets and other annual RBI Compliances.
-Preparation of documents for share-stamping and filing of the same with the Collector of stamps.
-Fast Track Exit Scheme.
-Drafting of Notice to the officers for attending the meeting.
-Drafting of Partnership deeds and LLP Agreements.
-Drafting of minutes of meeting of Board meeting and Shareholders meeting of various companies

Co-ordination & liaison with bankers to issue Bank Guarantee, Letter of Credit, discounting of bill of exchange, maintain financial/credit facilities
