• Reporting on the latest issues; reviews on gadgets; analysis and research on the hot topics and market trends; one-on-one interviews with top CIOs and CEOs. The role also comprises of interviewing top management in technology and telecom companies and tracking the industry on a regular basis.
• Selecting the stories for technology pages and proof reading the pages.
• Apart from these, reporting on consumer electronics market and reporting on retail industry.
• Single handedly covered major events like
Las Vegas Consumer Electronics Show, Barcelona Mobile World Congress, IFA Berlin, Gitex Technology Week and Gitex Shopper.

• One of the three Super Users in the night shift and the only one from the Business desk (in charge of the QuarkXpress and Adobe’s InDesign software) responsible for solving operational problems
• Leading the shift in the absence of the Pages Editor (business) and in charge of info graphics and stock market data
• Solely responsible for training and orienting the fresh recruits to the desk
• Writing Technology, Retail and Hospitality articles
I report on the market trends, analysis, researches, one-on-one interviews, reviewing latest gadgets (pros and cons) on technology sector and do other stories on (retailing, consumer electronics, logistics).
