ISO Coordination

• Responsible for implementation and maintenance of Quality and Environmental procedures as per
ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2004 standards.

• Preparing Annual Internal Audit plan for conducting IQA as per ISO 9001 & 14001 standards on existing processes to verify compliance to standards & procedures to ensure certification by standard bodies.

Environment Coordination

• Recording Stack Emission and PM10 Emission results on daily basis and prepares daily, weekly and monthly reports to top management for evaluation as per PME Standards, KSA.
• Coordinating with Department heads for Weekly inspection and updating of Housekeeping activities inside the plant - preparing Housekeeping status reports, minutes of meeting, follow up of modification request with mechanical and engineering sections
• Monitoring calibration of stack and ambient emission equipment’s for EMS control systems and preparing reports to QMS & Environment Chief.

General Administration

• Prepared Annual Budget Report for QMS & Environment Department - preparing CAPEX, Overtime, General expenses, Equipment repair expenses, Vehicle lease plans, Contracted services, Manpower plans, Spares & Chemical consumption plans. Discussion with Finance department for verification and conducted presentation to CEO & COO along with the QMS & Environment Chief for approval.
• Evaluating the Monthly overtime usage of all Departments against the yearly approved budget and prepare variance report to Plant Director and Finance department.
• Coordination with departments for collecting the Preventive maintenance schedules and submit to Plant Director
