I got an award in 1997 from Saudi Aramco, MDFD for the “Health Care Quality in Housekeeping” among Saudi Hospitals.
I have an ability to teach in four languages (English, Tamil, Hindi, Singhala and speak Malayalam and Arabic), I developed all the policies and procedures for housekeeping department and given inservices to all hospital employees about CODE RED, CODE GRAY, CODE PINK, WASTE MANAGEMENT and MR.STRONG Etc, with the guidelines from Mr.David Hegan (Saudi Aramco), Mr.James Kelly (Saudi Aramco) and Mr.Awad Al-Othaibi - Saudi Aramco Infection Control Coordinator), Currently developed all safety policies for As Salama Hospital(Fire & Safety, Disaster plan(internal & external), employees & Patients rights and responsibilities, Security policies and all plant services safety related policies (work at heights, work in confine space, complicated electric work, utility management and medical equipment management).
I HAVE THE KNOWELEGE IN COMPUTER WORD, EXCEL, POWER POINT, PUBLISHER AND INTERNET E.MAILS, WITH MINIMUM TYPING SPEED AND CREATIVE KNOWELEGE and familiar with all local government policies and regulations such as MOH (ministry of health) CBAHI (central board for accreditation of healthcare institution), planning of project, manpower requirements, budgeting, implementing, managing employees, solving problems and systems.
ALSO I CREATE HAZMAT AND SAFETY PROGRAM FOR AS SALAMA HOSPITALS which is appreciated by Fred Lomax and Dougie George - ECU/PMSD.
