• Prioritize maintenance activities ensuring all equipment within the facility are serviced to an acceptable standard in a timely and safe manner.
• Service electronic and House hold items on warranty period and return within one week.
• Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance activities for new stock and existing stock of electronic items.
• Find out and make a list of products having problems like manufacturing faults, malfunctions, body damage, Scratches, and report to Purchase department for replacement.
• Procure components for newly arrived products locally or order from its manufacturing company.
• Make list of components which purchased locally or from manufacturer.
• Track expenses incurred for replaced spares, for charging customers whose items have no valid warranty, or miss used during the warranty period.
• Take the time to listen to a customer’s needs; analyze equipment beyond what is required.
• Achieved the record for lowest number of recalls as a result of placing the focus on thorough service and inspection of equipment rather than quick response times.
• Handle an average of 20 assignments per week
• Prioritized field assignments based on nature of problem and location.
• Consistently realize better time management and customer satisfaction levels.

• Troubleshooting TV, VCD, DVD Tape recorder, Radio, using hand tools and electrical testing devices.

•Repair, operate, and install various pieces of television and electronic equipment.
