4. Securing the Project via LOI or FOA and Signing of Contract Agreement.
5. Keeping abreast of the New Awarded Projects via MEED and other sources.
6. Preparing Daily and Monthly Sales Report for Management Review.
7. Hunting and Farming New Projects to achieve the Turn Over.
8. Evaluating the Root Cause for Lost Projects and Strategizing to Secure the same.
9. Arranging Resources to achieve the Daily Progress based on the JPR.
10. Monitoring Daily/Weekly/Monthly Progress for compliance with Schedule & JPR.
11. Preparing Cost Over Forecast for Three Months based on the Work Front available.
12. Periodic study of Chance/Risk analysis for mitigating Risks & improving Revenue.
13. Monitoring Material Inventory for uninterrupted Work flow.
14. Approval of Monthly Progress from Client and Prompt Submission of Invoice.
15. Ensuring the Safety and Health of the Personnel involved in the Project.
16. Submission of the QC Dossier and availing PAC/FAC from Client for Retention Payment collection.
