M/s NPCC Abu Dhabi.
• I’m managing 4 teams of 16 technicians and 2 foremen’s for checking over 3500 loops. Preparation of loop folders for each loop test with instrument assistant, in due time prior to loop test. Carry out troubleshooting during Commissioning. Supervise Vendors and ensure efficient utilization of vendor manpower.
• Lead the commissioning team for Commissioning of centrifugal compressors.
• Hands-on experience in Field Bus configuration on DCS, trouble shooting, reading logic & operating of Honeywell system (EPKS).
• Hands-on experience in configuration, trouble shooting, reading of logic, operating of Honeywell EPKS (Experian process knowledge system) & operating of FDM system (Field Device Manager ).
• FSC hands-on experience in trouble shooting and operation of different systems (Honeywell, Invenses).
• Pre-commissioning, Commissioning of Fire and gas system by Honeywell.

• Having hands experience in vibration sensors of Bently Naveda-3500.
• Experience in handling of calibration instruments of HART communicator 275, 375 and 475. Fluke calibrator Druck, fluke pressure calibrator, Decade Resistance box, Burden burg dead weight tester and Ametek hydraulic and pneumatic pump.
• Having good knowledge in PDO safety systems.
• To lead the commissioning team in upgrading the control system (FCS, Emerson etc.) in Fahud site PDO
• Good experience in the commissioning of Main pumping station, Gathering stations, solar compressor and Gas plant in PDO-Fahud.
• Worked as instrument foreman (PDO permit holder) and commissioning team leader for specified activities.
