Working as South Region Roll-out Transmission Engineer on ZTE new & Swap Project (swapping from NSN, HUAWEI to ZTE for USF3G STC network) and TK Project (Implementation of New 3G Network)
Brief the Subcon Engineers for standard of ZTE.
Traffic Routing, E1 Transferring and Troubleshooting of E1’s.
Traffic shifting during link upgrades.
End to End testing to get the available E1’s for the 3G BTS to make it ready for integration.
Realignment of Link for improving RSL, setting up traffic routing for E1 from BSC till End site.
Project implementation of 3G/ 4G According to Customer requirements and Co-ordination subcontractor to finish the site installation and equipment related to BTS Shelter.
Managing and optimize field operation activities to ensure a timely and qualitative deployment and acceptance of the network as per the contractual obligations.
Being ZTE representative I need to visit the sites to check the quality standard and supervise the Subcon in case of any critical issue.
Supervision for removing and clearance of snags, make work planning schedule based on master plan of project.
Good experience of Installation and Commissioning of ZXMWNR8250 and ZXSDR BS8800GU360.
Integrate the New site in BSC/RNC
Responsible to clear the Traffic from MPLS to Local SDH node then from SDH node to new site through Gateway Ping Test.
CWO Testing.
Responsible to synchronize the site with BSC/RNC through correct VLAN.
Up gradation of new VLAN in Microwave and NodeB as per Cisco Routing.
Migration of all Traffic from Old VLAN to New VLAN during MDT.
Trouble shooting of Transmission Equipment’s in the event of fault. Analysis of Fault and preparation of report on the failure.
Coordination with the NOC & NMS Engineers for proper operation of the leased backbone.
Identify test scenarios based on functional design documents, setup testing environment and testing the application.
Investigate bugs and interact with developers to resolve technical issues.
Customer related Problem solving.
Performing Cutover MDT activities at STC sites.
Daily Updated Report sending to ZTE office.

Coordination within Huawei - STC.
Attend the Board Meetings.
Brief the Engineers for standard of Huawei.
Configure the port From RNC.
Traffic Routing, E1 Transferring and Troubleshooting of E1’s.
Traffic shifting during link upgrades.
End to End testing to get the available E1’s for the 2G/3G BTS to make it ready for integration.
Troubleshooting for Huawei RTN link Traffic Node PDH Node.
