Provide a tour ofSpark's Innovation Studio to B2B customers by showcasing new technologies/deployments and presenting use cases relevant to customer's industry Being the first point ofcontact for customer's business needs by educating and encouraging them to deploy IoT technology to address their pain points which contributed significantly to Spark's IoT journey and led to its first 1 million IoT connections. Manage end to end operations ofthe Innovation Studio such as following up on bookings received, ensuring devices showcased are in working order and troubleshoot if necessary. Implement Marketing strategy to improve reach and visibility of Innovation Studio through Account Based Marketing (ABM) primarily targetting the SME segment that led to 800 new IoT connections in the first phase of marketing Generating leads through Salesforce and other platforms like LinkedIn Generate and share reports including feedbackwith partners based on customer engagement during tour to improve studio experience Collaborate with Partners, Content Design team and external marketing agencies to create blurbs, motifs and other visual elements that would enhance the studio experience for customers coming through Assisting with putting together pop up stores as part ofthe Innovation Studio roadshow to inspire and educate customers about the ROI on IoT deployment thereby delivering Spark's IoT narrative in other cities of New Zealand Implement strategy to incentivize sales teams to Identify customers and industries where IoT deployment would be relevant and favorable
