Qualified numerous procedures and welders in accordance with the above standards. Job involved trouble shooting of hydraulic equipments such as Cylinders, mobile equipment's tail gates, hydraulic system installation, vacuum system and jetting system installation.
Manufacture and maintenance of Hydraulically operated vacuum tankers, combination tankers, jetting systems, hydraulic powerpacks. Fabrication of structures in accordance with ARAMCO standards, etc., Involved in various projects by applying 6 sigma techniques and lean manufacturing in the manufacturing process.
Participated and successfully completed major turnaround projects in various SABIC affiliates. Received appreciation awards many a times/
Implemented successfully lean manufacturing in the work place.
