india). Established by DUNCAN LEWIS & CO SOLICITORS, UK based
law firm.
Duncan Lewis is II largest law firm in UK overall and the largest law firm in
terms of publicly funded cases.
My Responsibilities:-
• Ensuring that all payments are made to suppliers within the stipulated
time frame and managing accounts payable within the pre-set parameters.
• Conducting ageing analysis of the payables to understand the paying
pattern and devise effective accounts pay-able policies.
• Distributing the work among Team mates.
• Collecting the Work progress from all Team and updating Team lead.
• Responsible for the completion of work on given time and updating the
UK account team.
• Bank reconciliation.
• Preparation of Financial statements, rectifying the errors.
• Authorization of petty cash payment.
• Various kinds of receipts from client. (viz., credit card, cash, cheque
receipts)
