• Working as a Project Engineer Telecom, this role is responsible for defining and enforcing the ICT Network standards to be applied across the whole of the organization and the associated customer base.
• To execute engineering Design, FEED and detail Engineering experience and Costing estimation for proposal in Telecom systems
• Responsible for complete engineering document activities like preparing block diagram, functional design specification, datasheets, equipment layouts, interconnection drawings, termination drawings, cabinet drawings
• Take part in Technical bid evaluations, Vendor document review and approvals
• Technically competent in own discipline and actively maintains own competence according to standards and pursues continuous professional development
• Provide discipline support to the business
• Ensure self-awareness of relevant regulatory framework, legislation changes, initiatives and industry technology developments and promote to direct reports
• Provide discipline input to scope definition and execution

• Provide field engineering support for the deployment, alignment, configuration and
commissioning of WIMAX, PTP, P2MP (Aviat Networks (Redline), Cambium, Motorola VHF/UHF, Infinet Wireless) and microwave links across various projects
• Perform site surveys, RF sweeps, and make necessary recommendations for the
optimization of the network.
• Provide comprehensive documentation for each step of the project including (site
survey report, FAT, SAT, ATP, technical datasheets, technical design documents, final
handover documents, etc.)
• Monitor and ensure compliance with service level agreements with customers
• Prepare daily/weekly/ monthly and quarterly reports as required by management.
• Plan, execute, monitor, control, and commission the telecommunication system
according to the overall project plan
• Participate in weekly and monthly meetings with the client to discuss the project's
progress.
• Work closely with the Technical Director to coordinate and communicate daily
activities.
• Liaise with the client and effectively manage all queries and complaints.
• Conduct a detailed analysis of technical specifications of tenders, formulate
comments, prepare deviations, estimate time, identify risks, etc.
• Develop BOQs & Cost Plans.
• Prepare a Techno- Commercial offer to clients in a stipulated time to meet client
deadline.
• Manage Tender Clarification Process, Negotiation & Qualification Process with Clients.
• Configure & commission other Telecom systems such as OTN/DWDM/SDH
• Transmission System, VSAT System, VOIP, MOTROLA Trunked Radio systems,
• Marine & Aviation Radios, CCTV System & Access Control System.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Technical director.

IT Support Team Manager

• Working as Manager Network Operations, this role is responsible for defining and enforcing the ICT Network standards to be applied across the whole of the organization and the associated customer base.
• Initiating complete procurement cycle of new technologies for ICT products and solutions, including Tender/RFP specifications preparation, actively participating in techno-commercial analysis and negotiations with the bidders, report drafting with detailed analysis, findings and recommendations, and contract preparation and negotiations with the bidder.
• Assignment of Exchange level Service KPIs Targets and performance monitoring regions & the staff against assigned targets for commissions and incentives.
• Tracking & Visibility of sales orders related to Business Operations for improved productivity and to ensure speedy installation.
• Maintaining record and actual job roles of staff (CSR/CPEI/TPI and BB Technician) mapping.
• Maintenance of 100% Record of Updated Information of all Business Operations Teams.
• Provision of data and preparation of Presentations for Management Meetings
• Update and communicate latest Business Operations developments, initiatives and competitive actions within the channels to improve efficiency
• Coordination and liaison with IT and Regional teams for day to day activities.

• Pre-Sales & Business Development: Over 5 years of experience in designing and helping Sales department with network design, BoQ, RFP, Technology documentations etc.
Provide input towards the sales plan in order to ensure alignment of sales activities.
