Replacement old desktop / laptop devices with new desktop / laptop devices. Join Domain with Saudi Aramco network as per Aramco Standard. Transfer User’s Data and Profile. Windows imaging / installation as per Aramco Standard. Manage and maintain the Outlook Groups in Address book.
Manage and maintain the Network Share Folder and assigning the permissions.
Troubleshooting of office productivity software’s.
Interaction with Marafiq IT Department for the related issues.
Create PR for new purchasing of Assets and follow-up with Buyers for Delivery.
Major Correspondence with Marafiq IT for Installation of Desktop PC/ Laptop and configuration of IP Phones.
Installation, configuration and maintenance of 100+ clients of separated premises connectivity with UTP / STP Cable (RJ45).
Server installation, Configuration, maintenance and Backup / Recovery perform.
Interaction with end users to provide Technical Support Services in network and hardware related issues which is included troubleshooting / connectivity with servers, installation & configuration of office productivity software and configurations of any other hardware or networking equipment’s on the LAN and WAN.
Provide Connectivity thru WIFI Distribution Specific / Management Employee.
Operating Systems Microsoft (Windows Vista, Windows 2000\[Server and Professional\], Window Server 2003 and 2008, XP, 9x) and Linux(Centos, Redhat, Suse, Ubuntu, Fedora) installation.

Monitoring and maintaining backup & recovery data of Server / Clients.
Listing and Tagging of IT equipment’s (CPU, Monitor, Printer, Switches).
Provide internet connectivity and mailing ID to specific users pc.
Installation & Configuration of Developer 2000 / 6i with Oracle 10g and Microsoft SQL 2008 & Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 for database access.
CCTV Monitoring & Maintaining, access to client with software and web access activity perform.
Print Server Installation and Configure to Client and Troubleshoot its issues.
