Expert in all aspects of the end to end project lifecycle (Requirements, Design, Testing, MOC and Support). Been part of the SAP implementation project for Inventory for over 5 years and other Finance projects implementation for over 5 years as SME. •Managing a team of experienced individual contributors (Intermediary, Specialist and Experts), that supports all Finance implementation Projects for the Enterprise Services business.
•Responsible for hiring, setting and monitoring of annual performance plans, coaching, and career development; ensure that the proper tools are in place to support the team and the processes.
•Active engagement in Project Steering and Sponsor meetings providing E2E Finance coverage. Ensuring risks are anticipated and addressed immediately to mitigate adverse impact on project deliverables. Ensuring timely, complete and accurate Project Sizing & Staffing, and facilitating resolution of skill and resource gaps.
•Ensuring E2E Finance Subject Matter Expertize and coverage from the planning stages all the way through to post go live support by making available appropriate function knowledge for the WW finance flows, Trading and Project Management structures across Business Units plus an holistic view across all finance functions, AR, AP, GL, IC, Tax, MEC, Revenue, Costing, Fixed Asset, Expense management etc. Ensuring timely and complete execution of Management of Change and Process Solution Support with complete Documentation, Training & Guidance to users.
•Lead complex financial analysis for a global business or finance function, exercising a strong understanding of the business to determine the best method for achieving objectives.
•Drives the implementation of Finance Capabilities and Standards duly balancing between project objectives and Organizational strategy.
•Lead large and complex business or finance process initiatives. Ensures the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting and analysis to the business.
•Actively reviews, analyzes, and manages the key controls within the domain of responsibility to ensure compliance with legal and accounting requirements (e.g., Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Standards of Business Conduct (SBC) and Accounting Financial Manual (AFM).
•Ensure Leadership is available for all aspects of the project lifecycle (Requirements, Design, Testing, MOC, and Support).
•Ensure Day to Day & MEC - Production User Deep Support & Monitoring to ensure business continuity, timely and accurate Close by addressing process and systems issues in time and following through with proactive root cause analysis and fixes to avoid or mitigate recurrence of Issues.
•WW Finance Systems - User Access Management - ensure compliance with SOX / SOD requirements, and providing guidance and consultation to users on security requirements to enable business continuity.
