Role: Technical Program Manager (Strategy Planning & PMO)
• Managing large-scale Technology Modernization Program to migrate 20-Year-old Legacy Application to Modern Distributed Event Driven Microservices Architecture.
• Defining and managing the program roadmap from strategic planning to tactical activities. Ensuring the various program activities (Project plans, goals, resource allocation etc.) are entered and monitored though Enterprise project management system.
