• Managed supply planning for complete business portfolio more than $115 million including fresh and long-life categories (Dairy,
Juices & Ice Cream) across the country.
• Maintained the smooth flow of materials to support un-interrupted business functioning approx. 850 SKU in packaging materials
and 350 SKU in raw materials.
• Design and analyze reports as part of the monthly Sales and Operations Planning meetings (S&OP). Initiate cross-functional
collaborative meetings to minimize excess inventory and out of stocks. Improve forecast accuracy by 80% to optimize the level
