Major Responsibilities
• Preparation of Financial Statements i.e. from General Entry to Ledgers, Trial Balance, Profit & Loss account and Balance Sheet
• Preparation of monthly statements as per the company requirements
• Preparation of supplier’s accounts (purchase order, purchase bills)
• Perform Cashier duties including receipts and payments at front desk
• Preparation of books of accounts up to finalization
• Purchase orders, Purchase/Receive inventory & all A/P reports
• Coordination with Project Manager regarding accounting problems on new projects
Finance operations:
• Developed cost accounting processes to drive data based decision making
• Developed a system to assess business performance of individual hospital units
• Preparation of quarterly / annual board presentations and board notes highlighting financial performance, major business trends, profitability analysis, revenue growth, sales forecasting and analysis of other performance indicators
Sales force management:
• Carried out periodical performance analysis of sales and marketing team on the basis of executive wise patient footfalls
• Forecasted sales based on seasonal market trends (Monthly/Quarterly/Annual) and historical data of sales
Restructuring of the Management Information System:
• Coordinated with the IT team to restructure the MIS to be more precise and specific to organizational requirements
• Improved the structure and contents of reports to aid in making strategic business analysis and performance evaluation of the 3 branches of the hospital
